Our Wonderful God Is Not Bound With Limits

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
— Isaiah 55:11

When God's word goes out on our behalf it will be accomplished.

We sometimes begin to doubt God's promises because we do not see them happening when we desire them to. But, almighty God is not bound by our linear time frame.

"Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ" Philippians 1:6

The Bible says that His word will not return to Him void and He will continue His work in us. God is faithful above all things. God's ways are higher than our ways (verses 8,9). He has ways to accomplish what we are asking for far beyond what we could ever dream.

So as we pray, let us not limit God by trying to figure out the "how."

Yes, sometimes His answer to our prayers is no because He has something better in mind or a greater purpose. But, when His word reaches us it will prosper.

Remind God of what He said, of His promises. But, do not let your faith waiver when it does not seem to be happening when and how you expect. Know that you are kneeling before The Limitless King Of The Universe. Let us not limit Him with our limited minds.

Let us walk by faith and not by sight knowing that God is doing great and mighty things of which we can not even imagine.

To Ponder:

Am I limiting God in my prayers by trying to figure the "When" and "How?" Am I not seeing what he wants to deliver to me, becuase my faith waivers?

Almighty God,

Please help me to keep the faith no matter what I see because You have said that Your Word does not return to You without accomplishing what it is set to do. I do not need to know how You will accomplish all You have said. Please give me the faith to know it is true. Jeremiah 33:3 says, "Call unto me, and I will answer thee and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

I claim that promise over my life now Father God. Give me the faith to see that promise through. In Jesus name,
